4. Driver and owner-operator applications

Submitting an application or inquiry does not guarantee an interview, employment, an independent-contractor relationship, or an owner-operator agreement. Any offer or engagement will be governed by separate documentation where applicable.

Additional disclosures and authorizations may be required for motor vehicle records, safety records, background checks, or other screenings. Acceptance of these website Terms does not substitute for such authorizations.

5. Freight information and quote requests

Freight information, availability, and any preliminary estimates on this website are for general informational purposes unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement. Submitting a quote request does not establish a transportation contract or guarantee pricing, capacity, acceptance, timing, or service availability.

If we involve a logistics provider or other authorized partner in responding to your request, that provider's separately agreed terms may apply to its services.

6. SMS messaging terms (A2P 10DLC)

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional, may be recorded electronically, and is not a condition of submitting an application, being considered for a position, or obtaining services. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. U Z Freight Inc is not responsible for messaging charges imposed by your wireless provider.
